Over the past 10+ years I’ve worked as a product manager, designer, user researcher and strategist, sometimes all at once. I’ve helped shape products and brands at early-stage startups, including one that grew to thousands of users, led pivots, launched new features, run research and written the copy when nobody else was around to do it.

Before that, I’ve also worked in education and art, including managing international research projects and supporting national education reform in Cambodia. So I know how to get to the bottom of complex ideas and turn them into something people understand.
